Wellbit System Architecture Guide

Architectural Overview

The Wellbit System Architecture Guide provides engineering standards, topology specifications, and deployment conventions across our custom software engineering engagements. Our platforms are architected around loose coupling, strong typing, fault tolerance, and comprehensive observability.

Infrastructure Standards

  • Containerization: All services packaged with multi-stage Docker builds, non-root user execution, and minimal base images (Alpine or Distroless).
  • Orchestration: Managed Kubernetes (EKS / GKE) with Horizontal Pod Autoscalers (HPA) and automated health/readiness probes.
  • Secrets Management: Zero hardcoded credentials; dynamic secret injection via HashiCorp Vault or Cloud Secret Manager with automated rotation.
  • Monitoring & Telemetry: OpenTelemetry SDK instrumentation exporting distributed traces and metrics to Prometheus and Grafana.
